Friends 2024 - 2025 Annual Membership Drive

Please join our Friends of the Blanco Library OR renew your annual membership (don’t let it lapse)! Your membership will help keep your library stocked with current adult and children’s books, movies, and more!

Goal: $20,000 by the end of October!
We are currently at $16,840 as of 12-10-24!

You can renew or join the Friends of the Blanco Library one of three ways:

  3. Stop by the library to pick up a form today!

Note: Your membership fee is a donation and you will receive a donation receipt.

About Friends of the Blanco Library

How Friends Help The Library

Proceeds from Friends memberships, memorials, and gifts provide the Library with books and other items, which would not otherwise be afforded. The Friends are committed to assisting the library in its endeavor to bring educational and entertainment materials as well as interesting programs to Blanco.

About The Friends
The Friends of the Blanco Library is an organization dedicated to enriching the collections of the Library. It also provides opportunities for members to become acquainted with each other and the resources of the library by sponsoring a series of programs throughout the year.

As a member of Friends you will receive information about scheduled events during the coming year and best of all, you contribute toward providing services to the community.

Volunteering

The Blanco Library depends on its wonderful volunteers to keep the library operating—checking out books to patrons, keeping the shelves organized and clean, putting covers on newly-arrived books, keeping the catalog up-to-date, and so much more.

  • Ask at the library to pick up a form in person.
